Thank you for purchasing from PG Rasoi 99.

All products sold by PG Rasoi 99 are digital products delivered electronically. Because digital products cannot be physically returned once access has been provided, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable.

1. No Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for digital products.

Once your order has been successfully completed and the digital product has been delivered or access has been provided, it cannot be returned.

2. No Refunds

Due to the nature of our digital products, we generally do not offer refunds after purchase.

Please review the product description and included features carefully before completing your purchase.

3. Technical or Access Issues

If you have paid for a product but:

  • Did not receive the product or download/access link

  • Received an incorrect or incomplete file

  • Are unable to access the product because of a technical issue on our side

  • Experience a genuine problem with the delivered product

please contact us so we can investigate and, where appropriate, provide the correct product, restore access, or resolve the issue.

4. Duplicate Payments

If you were charged more than once for the same product due to a duplicate transaction, please contact us with your payment details.

After verification, the duplicate payment may be eligible for a refund.

5. Refund Eligibility

Any refund approved by PG Rasoi 99 will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

6. Customer Responsibility

Before purchasing, customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • They have selected the correct product.

  • They have reviewed the product description and contents.

  • They have provided a valid email address or other required information.

  • Their device and software are capable of accessing the digital product.

Refunds will generally not be issued for reasons such as changing your mind, purchasing the wrong product, not using the product, or not liking the product after purchase.
